We start with your existing data sources: what you have, what shape it is in, and what it would take to get it analysis ready or model ready. From there we scope the pipeline, the model or analytics layer, and the integration points with your existing tools.
The output is a written scope, a timeline, and a fixed or capped fee quote for the build. If you proceed within 30 days, the discovery fee is credited toward it.
